By accessing the jlqq platform, creating an Account, or engaging in any Gaming Activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and expressly agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with jlqq's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and jlqq with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identifying information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities. jlqq employs technical and procedural measures to detect and prevent the operation of multiple accounts.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the duration of your Account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for account suspension. jlqq is not liable for any loss resulting from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlqq account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and to take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your Account.
jlqq will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jlqq that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jlqq support immediately.
You must notify jlqq immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without authorization. jlqq is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to maintain adequate account security or failed to notify jlqq in a timely manner.
jlqq accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20, subject to availability and any applicable transaction limits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jlqq does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts — the funding source must be registered in the same name as the jlqq Account.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the Player's nominated payment method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within the same business day, subject to volume and verification status. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. jlqq reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
In compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, jlqq conducts KYC verification on all player accounts. Players must submit valid government-issued identification — such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID/SSS card — before their first withdrawal is processed. jlqq reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of satisfactory KYC verification.
jlqq offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion. Where there is any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods for each promotion are set out in the applicable promotional terms available on the jlqq platform. Players are responsible for reviewing and understanding these requirements before accepting any bonus.
jlqq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to regulatory requirements. The misuse of bonuses, including through exploitation of technical errors, coordinated wagering strategies, or registration of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related funds and associated winnings.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlqq platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to applicable law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlqq's total liability to any Player arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or the Player's use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player to their jlqq account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jlqq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to: the use or inability to use the platform; interruptions to platform availability; errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes attributable to technical malfunction; or unauthorized account access where the Player failed to maintain adequate security measures.
jlqq does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
jlqq reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where jlqq has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Upon account closure for breach, jlqq may withhold any balance pending investigation and regulatory review. Where closure is at the Player's voluntary request, any remaining real-money balance (net of active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to the Player's nominated payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms, the jlqq platform, or any Gaming Activity shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels. jlqq cooperates fully with PAGCOR in the resolution of player complaints escalated to the regulator.
jlqq reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect Player rights or obligations — jlqq will provide reasonable advance notice via email or prominent platform notification prior to the effective date of the change.
Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, and updates required by law or regulatory guidance — may take effect immediately upon publication. The date of the most recent amendment is displayed in the header of this document.
Continued use of the jlqq platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.
